Safe use of the Rubber Band Gun

Safety is our number one priority and it should be yours as well. All products are to be used under competent adult supervision only. Always use our products in well-lit or outdoor areas.

Always wear safety glasses/goggles (i.e.- loading, shooting, storing, etc.) when using any of our Rubber Band Guns. Adequate eye protection may be purchased at most hardware stores and many other retail outlets.

Never shoot at other people, animals or other living objects. Never run with or point a loaded rubber band gun at people or animals . Never throw, drop, or step on a rubber band gun, as this abuse might damage the item and cause injury to you or another, and will void any guarantee or warranty, expressed, implied or statutory.

Never overload a rubber band gun (i.e. by putting more than the suggested number of rubber bands on the gun, usually 12-24). Never load or shoot any of our Rubber Band Guns that have been damaged anywhere on the barrel or around or near the trigger mechanism.

The user or adult supervisor assumes all responsibility for safe operation of all products on this website. Deliberate misuse of any of the products on this website will absolve C3GM / TARGET MASTER from any and all responsibility and liability due to damage or injury arising from such misuse.

NOTE … If your rubber band gun develops one cracks in the wood surrounding the trigger mechanism, main body or the barrel tip, DO NOT LOAD THE GUN AGAIN . Contact C3GM / TARGET MASTER IMMEDIATELY for instructions.

Quality

All rubber band guns shown in this website are made of top quality pinewood with a tough durable nylon plastic trigger mechanism and barrel tip.

Some variation in wood coloration and texture is to be expected. This is desirable, as it gives every rubber band gun its own, unique look. TARGET MASTER Rubber Band Guns are made from edge glued, finger jointed wood to insure a defect free blank of material for manufacturing.

Warranty

C3GM / TARGET MASTER warrants all of its products, to the original purchaser, for a 120 day period from date of shipment from the factory to the buyer, and that all products will be free from defects in material and workmanship. Any alteration, abuse, neglect or home repairs of any of our products, as solely determined by C3GM / TARGET MASTER, will void any guarantee or warranty, expressed, implied or statutory, and may cause your Rubber Band Gun to malfunction. In no event will C3GM / TARGET MASTER be liable for incidental or consequential damages arising out of negligence or deliberate alteration of our products. This warranty does not apply to rubber bands sold through this site. This warranty does not cover any items sold at any other location, or through any other business or personal entity.

NOTE … This warranty will apply to any item sold for a discounted price on the “Factory Seconds” page of our website. All items sold on the Factory Seconds page are sold in an AS-IS condition, and exchanges/replacements and/or refunds will not be allowed in most cases. Guns sold as Factory Seconds will have cosmetic imperfections only. Any Gun sold as a second will be fully functional and safe to operate.

Payment

All orders must be paid for in U.S. currency. Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, check, money order, cashier's or certified check are accepted. For orders placed on the internet using a credit card for payment, an e-mail receipt will be sent to you once you have placed your order and payment is complete. For check or money order type payments, your order will begin processing once payment is received by C3GM / TARGET MASTER. A copy of your invoice is always packed with the order and additional copies are available upon request.

NOTE .. A correct e-mail address is needed for the e-mail receipt to arrive to you.

NOTE … For orders placed using a credit card: Due to internet security, the only information we receive is the type of credit card used and the expiration date of your card. If you wish to alter your order after placement, or would like a refund, you will be asked for the 15 digit (for American Express) or 16 digit (for Visa, MasterCard, or Discover) credit card number. This information is necessary for any monetary change to your order.

NOTE … For orders placed using a credit card: Your credit card will be charged immediately upon placement of order. This means that your order will be charged before it ships from our factory. This is a feature of our shopping cart program, which ensures security of your financial information and promptness in the processing of your order.

Shipping

All orders will be shipped via UPS, U.S. Mail, or other carrier. If no shipper is selected all orders will be shipped at the sole discretion of C3GM / TARGET MASTER. Please give us your desired shipping address when placing an order. Street addresses are always required for UPS shipments. Most carriers do not deliver to P.O. boxes except U.S. Postal Service. Most orders will be processed within ONE business day of placement, however, please allow up to four weeks from order placement for delivery (possibly longer for international shipments). Faster shipping options are available through UPS, with any extra charge being paid for by the customer. If faster shipping is desired, please call for details. If any of the item(s) you have ordered is/are out of stock and delivery of your order will exceed the four-week time limit stated above, we will contact you with an expected delivery time. It is our policy to ship orders complete, however, if one or more items in an order are going to be grossly delayed (Back-Ordered) we will ship the order and place the balance on Back-Order only if the customer has so requested by e-mail.

If any item in your order is damaged during shipment, it is the customer's responsibility to notify the shipper then C3GM / TARGET MASTER by phone, fax or e-mail as quickly as possible. Arrangements will be made for repair or replacement of the damaged item. Please see the section below entitled Return Policy for details.

In case the customer submits incorrect shipping information for an order, it is the customer's responsibility to contact C3GM / TARGET MASTER with the correct shipping information before shipment of the order. If the address information provided by the customer is incorrect in any way, the customer takes full responsibility for recovery of the said shipment. Any expenses incurred byC3GM / TARGET MASTER resulting from incorrect shipping information may be charged to the customer after notification to the customer of said expenses. If an order should be shipped to an incorrect address for any reason, C3GM / TARGET MASTER will provide all reasonable help to locate and properly deliver the order.

NOTE … If your order must reach you by a specific date (for a birthday, leaving on trip, moving, etc), please let us know when you place the order. The customer is responsible for alerting C3GM / TARGET MASTER to any special shipping considerations and needs.

Return Policy

If you are dissatisfied with any product from C3GM / TARGET MASTER for any reason and wish to return it, please follow these steps:

1. DO NOT send the item(s) back until you have spoken with a staff member of C3GM / TARGET MASTER. Contact the Sales Manager, or Order Department, at 541-734-2088, or leave a message at that same number. You can also send an e-mail to cgmyers@charter.net Please give your name, phone number, the Invoice number. Also include the best time and method to contact you, what you wish to return and why. It is best to have the item with you or available at the time of contact.
2. If you do not speak with our staff directly, please wait for a member of our staff to respond. You will be contacted within two business days. Please be prepared to give your name, the, Invoice number and date of order placement if known. The name(s) or part number (s) of the item(s) to be returned and the reason for wanting to return them. It is best to have the item(s) available at the time of contact.
3. The Staff Member will issue an R.M.I. number (Return Material Instruction), by fax, or e-mail.
4. Follow the instructions as shown on the RMI to return the item(s). If you have any questions about or need clarification of any of the instructions, please contact our Staff at your earliest convenience.

The decision to give an exchange and/or refund for returned items is made at the sole discretion of C3GM / TARGET MASTER, with respect to the customer's wishes. Refunds, if granted, will be for the full amount of the order, minus shipping and handling costs.

NOTE … C3GM / TARGET MASTER usually accepts most items for return for any reason, but does retain sole discretion whether to accept or reject a return, for any reason. Benefit of the doubt is usually given to the customer. If your rubber band gun is damaged during play we will often exchange the damaged item with a new or like new item. A charge for handling and shipping can be applied to your credit card.

NOTE … All ammunition (rubber bands) sales are final; returns of any type of ammunition will not be accepted.

NOTE … Any item(s) that are returned without following the above procedures will not be accepted by C3GM / TARGET MASTER and will be returned to the customer at the customer's expense and no refund or replacement for the item will be made. Any deviation from the instructions given by C3GM / TARGET MASTER for return of an item will cause the package to not be accepted and returned to the customer at the customer's expense and no refund or replacement will be made for the returned item.

Cancellation of Order

Orders may be cancelled at any time prior to shipping, with a full refund given under most conditions. Once the order has shipped, please see our Return Policy section for details about returning the order.

Customer Privacy

Our company policy is to never share, divulge or sell any customer information (i.e., telephone numbers, addresses, e-mail addresses, etc.), for any reason, with any other business or private individual.

Miscellaneous

The Terms and Conditions on this website may be modified at any time without prior notice by C3GM / TARGET MASTER. The Terms and Conditions prevailing at the time of shipment will apply. These Terms and Conditions represent the policies and procedures of C3GM / TARGET MASTER, and are applicable to all orders made in the past, present or future. It is the customer's responsibility to read and understand these Terms and Conditions. It is the customer's responsibility to contact C3GM / TARGET MASTER with any questions or for any clarifications desired. It is C3GM / TARGET MASTERS responsibility to answer any and all questions about these Terms and Conditions in a polite and prompt manner.

C3GM / TARGET MASTER reserves the right to change prices or availability of any item at any time without prior notice. The price at time of order placement shall prevail, unless specifically exempted by C3GM / TARGET MASTER.

NOTE … There might be either changes or re-designs of and/or minor function changes made to our products without prior notice. The information presented on the website will be updated as quickly as possible in all such cases to reflect any changes to affected products. Where re-design or function changes have occurred, the changed product will be shipped in lieu of the old model, at the sole discretion of C3GM / TARGET MASTER. New models will not be exchanged for old except in a few exceptional cases and only at the sole discretion of C3GM / TARGET MASTER.

Any page(s), text, photographs and specifications of our website may be printed, for non-commercial use only. Commercial use of any of the contents of this website is forbidden without express, written permission from C3GM / TARGET MASTER.
